Full-Body Mobility Flows
Mobility is the foundation—without it, you won't be able to jump, run or move without pain. Incorporating these full-body movements translates to a greater range of motion and overall well-being. When you can take your muscles through various ranges of motion while properly breathing, your nervous system grants greater access to strength and power. Prepare to liberate your movement!

Why Mobility Flow?

When it comes to mobility, it’s "move it or lose it ." A lack of movement can cause fascial adhesions that restrict your range of motion over time. "Mobility Flow" is designed to open up your body through flexibility and mobility work. In this 8-week program, you'll release tension as you move through dynamic flows that blend creative and challenging transitions, balances and core work. By breaking free from your normal movement patterns, you’ll find a greater range of motion and a new sense of freedom in your body.
