Ingredients
100 g avocados
1 vine tomato
1 carrot
25 g mâche
1 tbsp chives
salt & pepper
30 g feta cheese (low-fat)
30 g cream cheese, low-fat
1 whole-grain tortillas
Instructions
1. Halve the avocado lengthwise, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Wash, trim, halve and slice the tomato. Peel and coarsely grate the carrot. Wash the butter lettuce and pat dry. Slice the feta.
2. Spread the cream cheese on the tortilla. Place the vegetables and feta on the lower part of the tortilla and roll up like a burrito. Cut the rolls on the bias just before serving.
