Ingredients
150 g ground beef
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp parsley
to taste pepper
to taste salt
400 g vegetable blend (frozen)
Instructions
1. Saute the ground beef until crumbly in a non-stick pan. Add the tomato paste and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and set aside.
2. Add the vegetable mixture to the pan and prepare according to the package instructions.
3. Return the meat to the pan and mix everything together. Check the seasoning one more time and you're done!
Tips
Use smoked tofu for a vegetarian version: simply cut the tofu into fine cubes or mash with a fork.
