Ingredients
250 ml milk (skim)
2 tbsp semolina
1 handful berries of your choosing
1 tsp honey
vanilla pods (scraped)
Instructions
1. Boil the milk together with the honey in a saucepan while stirring.
2. Remove the pan from the heat and gradually stir the semolina into the milk with a whisk. Add the vanilla scraped from the pod.
3. Place the pot back on the stove and bring to a boil again with stirring.
4. Pour the semolina pudding into a bowl rinsed with cold water and allow to cool.
5. Garnish with fresh berries and enjoy.

Add your favorite mixed berries, pistachios or nuts for an extra crunch and fruity flavor.
